Quality Follow up

We never compromise on the quality. For avoid the last minutes confuse and quality isses, our quality team take care on the quality from the raw material to packing like below:

• Once buy the yarn, check the yarn quality, Content and counts etc.
  
  
• Before start the bulk knitting check the loop length and GSM.
  
  
• Before start color processing, check the gray fabric 100%.
  
  
• Before start the cutting check the fabric weight, shrinkage, spirality etc.,
  
  
• Before start the bulk cutting process, check size set properly with the pattern and the same time submit the samples to customer authorised testing service company (SGS or ITS). If size set and test result are okay they will allow to make pilot run(nota abulk).
• If pilot run is satisfied to quality people they will allow to start the bulk production.
  
  
• Once start the production our quality team monitoring each and every part and make the report to ensure the quality up to packing.

We make all goods according to customers requirements & the confirmation samples. We have the perfect quality controllers, which have professional knowledge of garment. We control the quality from the raw material to finished production. You are also welcomed to come to inspect your goods at any time.
